摘要
社会资本是大学的一种重要资本形式,对其发展产生着诸多影响。从人才培养来看,它可以扩大高校生源、促进师生交流、形成学科交叉、培养创新型人才、培育校园文化等;就发展科学而言,它可以争取更多的课题和经费、形成良好的科研氛围、促进科研信息交流、形成跨地域的多学科联盟等;就服务社会而言,它有利于促进全民学习型社会形成、有利于加速科研成果的转化和推广;就外部融资来看,它可以促进创业型大学产生和社会捐赠;就内部和谐而言,它可以促使大学和谐校园构建和内部资源有效配置。与物质资本、学术资本相同,大学社会资本在运营中,也可能为大学自身和高等教育发展带来负面效应。
As an important sort of capital to the universities social capital exerts much influence on their development. In terms of fostering talents it extends the enrollment sources, promote teacher - student communication, form cross subjects, train innovators and cultivate campus culture. Considering the development of science it helps to obtain more funds and research projects, form good scientific research atmosphere, accel- erate research information exchange and establish research unions of multi - subjects in different areas. In respece of serving society it does good to the establishment of all - people - learning society and the speedy transformation and spread of scientific research results. As for exterior financing it facilitates the birth of a creative university and increases social donation. Also, it benefits the realization of a harmonious campus and the effective arrangement of the inside resources. However, social capital may bring negative influence on the development of the universities and the higher education just as the material capital and the manpower capital may do.
