摘要
首次研究了超滤纯化方法对龙须菜多糖抗氧化活性的影响。采用化学发光法,研究了龙须菜粗多糖GCp和超滤获得的多糖GCpF1,GCpF2在体外对羟自由基、超氧自由基和过氧化氢的清除作用。结果表明,三种粗多糖均有一定的清除作用,尤其是当低浓度时,清除率与多糖浓度呈现一定的线性关系,其中超滤获得的多糖GCpF1和GCpF2对3种活性氧的清除作用优于GCp。
The scavenging competents of polysaccharides GCp,GCpF1 and GCpF2 on ·OH,O2˙ˉ and H2O2 were studied.The results showed that all kinds of polysaccharides could scavenge ·OH,O2ˉ and H2O2,especially with the low concentration.The results also indicated that the polysaccharide GCpF1 and GCpF2 were better than GCp on scavenging ability.
