基于栅格划分和法向量估计的点云数据压缩 被引量:18

Point Cloud Data Compression Based on Grid Division and Normal Vector Estimation

摘要 基于点云数据的栅格化和法向量估计提出一种新的点云压缩方法,数据处理由Matlab7.1编程实现。试验结果表明,使用该方法可以获得较好的压缩效果,由于该方法顾及了扫描点之间的法向量关系,所以能更好地保留点云特征,防止压缩过程中特征信息的丢失。
