摘要
职工自营经济是国有林场经济发展的一种有效形式。百色地区国有林场因地制宜 ,因场制宜 ,采取多种形式 ,有规划、有措施地发展职工自营经济 ,取得了明显效果。文中试从百色地区国有林场实际出发 ,对近几年来国有林场职工发展自营经济的主要做法和经验进行初步总结。
Workers self-supporting economy is an efficient form for the economy development of state forestry center. State Forestry Center of Baise District adjusts measures to local conditions, takes multiplicate forms, develops workers seif-supporting economy following the plan and gains a manifest effect. According to the fact of State Forestry Center of Baise District, this article has made an elementaiy summarization of the main methods and experiences that workers develop self-supporting economy in recent years.
