摘要
本文拟在用材林资产评估的应用研究中 ,针对不同的评估要求将它分为三种常用的评估类型 :小班评估法、总体平均评估法、现行林价评估法。在对三种评估类型进行简要的说明的基础上对其适用条件和优缺点进行综合比较分析 ,以期对用材林资产评估的实践应用有所帮助。
According to different requirements assets evaluation methods on timber forest were classified as three kinds: subcompantment evaluation method、rate average evaluation method and current forest value evaluation method with discussion on their application conditions and strong and weak points.
