摘要
根据太阳能电池内部结构和等效电路研究其输出伏安(I-V)特性,利用Matlab工具,使用牛顿迭代法求解伏安特性,模拟不同太阳光照强度、环境温度下的光伏阵列I-V特性。同时基于扰动观测法,对光伏系统的最大功率点跟踪进行了仿真研究。
Based on the internal structure, an equivalent circuit model of the solar cell was built and the I-V output characteristic of photovoltaic solar ceils was researched. With the Matlab, the method of Newton iteration was used to acquire the I-V output characteristics, and the I-V output characteristics can be simulated at different insolation levels, ambient temperatures and parameters of photovoltaic array. The Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) of photovoltaic system was simulated based on the Perturb and Observe (P&O).
