油菜花后角果和种子形成与充实过程研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对不同花序部位开花后的油菜角果分期取样考查及其统计分析表明:油菜角果和种子的增长与开花后时间的关系适合用S型生长曲线Y=C/1+e^(a-bx)来表示.角果和种子大小(体积)的直线生长期在开花后3~28天,其生长高峰期在开花后12~17天,约1月左右就基本完成其生长过程;而干物质的直线生长期在开花后20~50天,其生长高峰期出现在开花后32~38天,约52~60天生长量才基本接近最大值,其中角果干重的增长从时间上较种子靠前且角壳干重后期还出现下降趋势。从不同发育天数种子的发芽试验表明:开花后40~45天的种子其发芽已基本正常。 By sampling and statistical analysis to rape pods at different stages, with the different parts of the inflore-scences, the results showed that the reation of growing of rape pods and seeds and time after blossom followed the type of S growth curve as Y=c/[1+e^(a-bx)] . The straight-growth period of pods and seeds size was 3-28 days after blossom,with peak 12-17 days,and whole growth period about one month. The straight-growth period dry matter was 20-50 days after blossom, with peak 32-38 days, the growth increment reached nearly its maximum value after about 52-60 days.The incre-ment of dry matter weignt of pods was earlier than that of seeds and tended to fall for late stage in tome. Germination test was made to seeds of different growing days and the result showed that the rapeseeds had alrady had the ability of normal germination.
