陕西后备资源丰富 ,开发潜力较大 ,但缺水问题是陕西可持续发展的最大障碍。进一步探明。
There are not only rich reserved resources, but also great developing potential in Shan xi province. However, lacking water is the biggest impediment to sustained development of Shan Xi province. So to further verify and rationally develop groundwater are important assurance of carrying out the strategy of great development in Shan Xi province.
