摘要
全球掀起了太阳能电池的制造热潮,文中对太阳能电池工艺目前存在的问题进行了分析,并从制绒、扩散、刻蚀、镀减反射膜、丝印等方面探讨了工艺改进措施。
Solar cell manufacturing booms all over the world. The article analyses the existing problems of solar battery technology, and discusses the technology improvement measures including the production of cashmere, diffusion, etching, plating antireflective film, screen printing and so on.
