企业之间愈演愈烈的竞争,迫使企业需要控制成本以获取更大的利润,采购通常就是发生成本最大的领域。文中以M时装有限公司(以下简称,M公司)为研究背景,通过分析原材料供应市场现状,指出供应商、采购质量等方面存在的诸多问题,并就采购成本控制方案进行了初步探讨。
Driven by intense competition, company need cost-control to acquire more profit, which calls attention in purchasing procedure, the most cost occurring area. On the background of M Fashion Co., LTD (M), the paper studies the current supply market of raw materials, points out problems of suppliers and purchasing quality, etc and makes a further discussion about plan of purchasing cost management.
