贵州高原粳稻与矮秆粳稻杂交抽穗期及株高的遗传效应分析 被引量:3

摘要 对四个杂交组合亲本、F_1、F_2及回交世代的平均数分析表明:除一个组合的抽穗期外,抽穗期及株高的遗传均符合加性——显性——双基因上位互作模型.加性效应对抽穗期、株高的遗传均起着重要作用,显性效应对株高、抽穗期的遗传也很重要,互作效应中以加性×加性互作对抽穗期、株高的作用较为重要,但加性×显性互作对株高的作用也不可忽视。 Date of heading and plant height in four combinations were observed. Gene effects were estimated from generation averages of P1, P2, F1, F2, B1, B2. The results indicated that the additive-dominace-non-allelic interactions model was perfectly adequate excluding date of heading in one combination. The additive effect played a very importantan role in the inheritance of heading date and plant height. The dominant genetic effect of plant geight was of significance.As to date of heading.the dominant effect was significant in two combinations. In all four combinations, highly significant non-allelic interactions were estimated, especially, the additive interaction effects played an important role in the inheritance of two characters. It was found that the duplicate types were one of predominant interactions on plant height.
