摘要
激光切割是激光加工中最重要的一项应用技术,由于其高质量、高柔性、高效率等优点,已成为最先进和最重要的材料裁切方法,随着生产的发展和新工艺的应用,零件形状愈来愈复杂,为达到生产要求的切缝质量,激光切割参数被限定在很窄的工艺区间,传统的人工选择、优化切割工艺的方法更为困难,该问题成为进一步发展和推广激光切割应用的主要障碍。本文从提高激光切割质量的方法(激光切割质量的在线检测与控制、切割质量的多目标优化)及研究现状方面进行综述,并简要介绍激光切割质量研究目前存在的问题。
Laser cutting is the most important application technology of the laser processing.Because of its advantages of high-quality,high flexibility,high efficiency,laser cutting has become the most advanced and the most important material cutting method.With the development of production and application of new technology,the shape of parts is increasingly complex.To achieve the production requirements of the kerf quality,the laser cutting parameters are limited to a very narrow process interval,and it is more difficult to optimize the cutting process with the traditional artificial selection.The problem becomes the main obstacle of laser cutting application and development.The current situation of laser cutting quality is reviewed in this paper.The content includes online monitoring and control technology of the laser cutting quality,and multi-objective optimization for the laser cutting quality.Also,the problems existing in the current study on optimization of laser cutting quality is described.
