贵州大豆地方品种农艺性状的遗传变异研究 被引量:6

STUDY ON GENETIC VARIABILITY OF AGRONOMIC CHARACTERS OF GUIZHOU SOYBEAN NATIVE VARIETIES

摘要 从400多份贵州大豆地方品种中抽取63份,并按其产区划分为七个区域,进行了10个农艺性状的遗传变异研究,结果表明,贵州大豆地方品种生育期较短,百粒重低,产量较低,蛋白质、脂肪含量均高。其农艺性状存在着丰富的遗传变异、较大的遗传潜力和较高的遗传力,系统选育是近期育种的主要方法之一,贵州具有高蛋白育种资源优势,而目前育种的重点是提高产量. 63 soybean varieties chosen randomly from the population of more than 400 native varieties in Guizhou and divided into 7 regions based on their resources were used to study the genetic varability of 10 agronomic characters. The results showed that Guizhou soybean native varietes had a shorter growth period, less 100-seed weight, lower yield, more protein and oil content. Abundant genetic variability, greater genetic potentialites and higher hereditary capacity existed in these characters. Line breeding is one of main breeding methods in recent years. Guizhou has a superiority in soybean dreeding with high-protein content, but the focal point of soybean breeding should be raising yield at present.
