摘要
肺癌淋巴结转移是影响预后的主要因素之一。随着影像技术的进步,将会有越来越多的T1期肺癌病例被发现。肺癌原发部位与病理类型都会影响淋巴结转移状况,CT及正电子发射断层显像对发现纵隔淋巴结转移有一定价值。根据术中切除前哨淋巴结病理活检进行的淋巴结清除方式,局部复发率低,术后并发症发生率降低。现对T1期肺癌中纵隔淋巴结转移规律和前哨淋巴结活检术的应用予以综述。
Lymph node metastasis of lung cancer is one of the main factors influencing the prognosis.With advances in imaging technology,there will be more and more cases of T1 lung cancer found.Primary site of lung cancer and pathological type will affect the lymph node status,CT and PET have a certain value for finding mediastinal lymph node metastasis.Lymph node clearance according to intraoperative sentinel lymph node biopsy has the features of low local recurrence rate and reduced postoperative complications incidence.Here is to make a review on mediastinal lymph node metastatic pattern and the application of sentinel lymph node biopsy in T1 lung cancer.
