摘要
Cajal间质细胞(ICC)是胃肠道的起搏细胞,具有产生自发电信号、传导慢波电位、调节神经递质等功能。其形态数量的改变与多种胃肠道疾病相关,如贲门失弛缓症(AC)、胃食管反流(GERD)、术后胃瘫等。胃肠疾病中ICC的变化通常表现为数量减少或缺失,细胞突触变短,其形成的神经网络结构减少。胃肠疾病的发生部位、程度与ICC分布及数量关系密切,ICC为胃肠疾病的早期诊断、治疗带来了新的理念。
Interstitial cells of Cajal（ICC）are the pacemaker cells of gastrointestinal tract,which not only generate and transmit spontaneous electrical slow waves,but also play a significant role in adjusting neurotransmitter.The alterations of ICC in number and morphosis are related to many gastrointestinal diseases,such as achalasia of cardia（AC）,gastroesophageal reflux disease（GERD）,postoperative gastroparesis.The changes of ICC often present as ICC number reduction or loss,a shorter cell synapse,and decreased neural-networks.The occurring position and degree of gastrointestinal diseases are closely associated with the number of ICC and its distribution.ICC has brought along new ideas for early diagnosis and therapy for gastrointestinal diseases.
