摘要
创伤性脑损伤患者常可发生一系列代谢紊乱,其中一个显著的特征是胰岛素抵抗(IR)。创伤性脑损伤后发生严重的IR可使机体供能减少,高血糖持续存在,影响颅脑损伤患者的预后。颅脑损伤后IR的发病机制尚未阐明,现对颅脑损伤后IR的发生机制及其影响因素的研究进展进行综述。
Traumatic brain injury can lead to a series of metabolic disturbances,and insulin resistance(IR)is an obvious one,which can lead to a decrease of body energy supply,sustaining hyperglycemia,affecting the prognosis.By now,the mechanism of IR after traumatic brain injury is not yet clearly understood,and here is to make a review on the recent researches about the mechanism and the influencing factors.
