摘要
探讨了以焦化黑硫磺制备多硫化钠的新工艺,研究了反应物配比,反应温度,反应时间对多硫化钠产率的影响,结果表明:在硫化钠与黑硫磺的摩尔比1:1-2;反应温度80-85%;反应2h的条件下,反应产率可达93.5%。
Sodium polysulfide was prepared by black sulfur as the raw materials. The affect of ratio of reac- tants, temperature and time on the yield were studied in this paper. The results indicate, Sodium sulfide and black sulfur molar ratio of 1:1.2; reaction temperature 80-85℃; under the conditions of the reaction of 2 hours, the reac- tion yield was up to 93.5%.
