摘要
研究了用直接称量法配置校准曲线在离子色谱分析中的应用情况。通过与传统容量法配制校准曲线方法的比较,发现在离子色谱分析中,用天平直接称量法配制标准曲线,具有操作简单、速度快、使用药品剂量少的特点。
In ion chromatography analysis, the calibration curve can be prepared by volumetric method and gravimetry method. Compared to the volumetric method, the gravimetry method has the advantages of simpler oper- ation, faster speed, less Cost of drug dosage and being more economic in the preparation of calibration curve.
