摘要
本文以介孔二氧化硅材料SBA-15为硬模板,通过纳米浇铸法与水热法,制备介孔二氧化硅与α-NaYF4:Yb,Er的主客体功能复合材料α-NaYF4:Yb,Er/SBA-15。利用广角X射线衍射(Wide angle XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),并结合小角X射线衍射(Small angle XRD),N2吸附(N2adsorption measurement)等手段,证实α-NaYF4:Yb,Er有效地负载到介孔SBA-15的孔道内部,较好保持了其介观结构。上转换性能测试表明,在980 nm激光的激发下,该材料的绿光发光强度大幅度提高。在文中,我们对该现象进行了分析,并提出其可能的机理。
The synthesis of α-NaYF4:Yb,Er/SBA- 15 by using mesoporoas silica (SBA- 15) as hard template is described. Small angle X-ray diffraction (XRD) and N2 adsorption measurement exhibits the presence of meso- porous structure in our sample and the corresponding wide angle XRD pattern confirmed the crystalline wall of sample. The obtained sample was investigated as up-converting phosphor material, and the ratio of green emission can be enhanced by the exciting of 980 nm laser. A mechanism was also provided to explain the possible correla- tion between material and property.
