Control Design of a Bi-directional DC/DC Converter for Electric Vehicle

摘要 从满足加装超级电容的电动汽车对低压大电流、动态响应快的双向DC/DC变换器的需求出发,提出一种用于电动汽车的双向DC/DC变换器的控制构架。推导出在不同模式下变换器的动态模型,并设计了在相应工作模式下的控制器。最后研制了一套5 kW的实验样机,实验结果表明,所采用的控制方法能实现交错并联双向DC/DC变换器快速的控制,满足电动汽车的应用要求。 To meet the special requirements of electric vehicle installed with super-capacitors, a bi-direetional DC/DC converter with low voltage,high current and fast dynamic response characteristics is adopted.Control scheme of a bidirectional DC/DC converter for electric vehicle is presented.Dynamic models of this hi-directional DC/DC converter under different operation modes are derived.Controllers corresponds to different working modes are also designed.Finally, a 5 kW bi-directional DC/DC converter is constructed to verify the theoretical analysis.Fast dynamic response of the bidirectional DC/DC converter can be achieved under the adopting control method.The experimental results indicate that the system has fast dynamic response which is suited to electric vehicle.
