摘要
采用特定的接法使Fe_(73.5)Cu_1Nb_3Si_(13.5)B_9多层膜连接等效成LC并联回路的样品.测量了样品的谐振频率和阻抗随外磁场变化的曲线,分析了外磁场引起样品谐振频率改变的原因,研究了样品谐振时的巨磁阻抗效应,得到了样品在固有频率的交变电流驱动下阻抗变化率最大的结果,说明了样品的巨磁阻抗效应有很好的频率选择性.
In this study, the sample of equivalent LC parallel circuit was composed of Fe-based multilayered films, the field dependence of resonance frequency and impedance were measured in the sample, respectively, the reason of magnetic frequency shift was analyzed, the giant magneto-impedance in the resonant state of sample was investigated, and the maximum impedance ratio in the inherent resonant state of sample was obtained from experimental data, indicating a distinctive frequency selectivity of the sample's giant magneto-impedance effect.
