摘要
在轴承研发过程中,采用先进的轴承试验台进行数据积累,可对深入理解轴承和油脂的摩擦磨损性能、耐热耐蚀性能和抗疲劳性能等提供重要技术手段,为改进轴承设计制造水平提供可靠依据.基于这种思路,探讨了时速超过300 km/h的高铁轴承耐久性试验台的设计方案,主要阐述了高速重载机车滚动轴承耐久性试验台的结构、工作原理、主要技术参数及主机设计方法等.试验台的研制可为我国高铁轴承的国产化研究提供必要的试验装置.
The perfect data accumulation by means of bearing test-bed,can help us to understand in-depth performances of bearing and grease(such as the friction and wear properties,heat-resistance and corrosion-resistance,anti-fatigue properties,etc),and can provide reliable basis for improving the bearing design and manufacturing standards.Based on this idea,this paper discusses mainly the design scheme on rail bearing durability test-bed which speed over 300 km/h,the test-bed structure,working principle,main technical parameters and design methods of the key components is described in detail,respectively.The development of such a test-bed could provide the necessary test equipment for the localization of the high-speed rail bearing.
