摘要
以硝酸铁、硝酸锰、硝酸锌、柠檬酸和乙二醇为原料 ,用溶胶 -凝胶法合成MnZn铁氧体粉体。研究了pH值对溶胶-凝胶转变的影响。当pH =5时可获得组分均匀的非晶态凝胶 ,然后经焙烧 (350℃ ,1h)可得粒径在 1~ 3μm之间的氧化物粉料 ,在 6 4 5℃即可生成尖晶石相。
MnZn ferrite oxide powders with particle size between 1 and 3μm were prepared by sol-gel process using Fe(NO 3) 3·9H 2O,Mn(NO 3) 2 and Zn(NO 3) 2·6H 2O dissolved in citrlc acid and ethylene glycol as a precursor. The influence of pH on sol-gel transition was studied.As a result,when pH is 5,the amorphous gelatine can be produced,and the MnZn ferrite oxide powders which form spinel ferrite at 645℃ can be obtained by heating the amorphous gelatine for 1h at 350℃.
