摘要
目的：观察复方丹参滴丸的临床疗效。方法：将５９例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组，予对照组常规治疗，治疗组常规治疗加用复方丹参滴丸。结果：一个月后两组心绞痛级别均显著降低，但两组比较差别无显著性。两组的临床总效率、心电图总有效率差别无显著性。而治疗组的心绞痛外伴发症状如心悸、气短、胸闷、憋气的显效率和总有效率均高于对照组。结论：复方丹参滴丸可缓解冠心病患者心绞痛外伴发症状。
Objective: The authors studied the clinical effect of Fu Fang Dan Shen Di Wan on coronary heart disease. Methods: 59 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine therapy, the treatment group was treated with Fu Fang Dan Shen Di Wan besides routine therapy. Results: After one mouth of tretment, the grades of angina pectoris were reduced significantly in both groups, but the difference of effect between the two groups were insignificant. The total clinical relief rate and total electrocardiographic relief rate between the two groups were sinilar.The effect on concomitant symptom such as palpitation, shortness of breath, chest distress and oppressed in treatment group was greater than that in control group. Conclusion: Fu Fang Dan Shen Di Wan could relieve concomitant symptom in patients with angina pectoris.
