摘要
从151例骨关节结核病灶中分离出70株(46.4%)结核菌,其中32株对SM、INH、EMB、RFP、TB_1、KM和PAS敏感。耐INH、SM、RFP、TB_1,同时耐INH和SM的频率分别为:3株(4.2%),19(27.1%),1(1.41%),1(1.42%)以及12株(17.1%)。原发耐SMI株,另1株同时耐SM和INH。经鉴定的66株均为牛型结核杆菌。耐RFP的1例和同时耐INH和SM的2例,术后效果不佳,其余耐药的病例近期疗效尚可。
From 151 cases of tubrculosis of bone and joint, Mycobacterium Tuberculosis strains, were isolated in 70 cases(46.4%) Among them, 32 strains(45.7%) were sensitive to SM, INH, RFP, TB, KM and PAS The incidence of drugresistant strains to lNH or SM, RFP or TB and resitant to both SM and INH were 3(4.2%), 19(27.1%), 1(1.42%), 1(1.42%) and 12(17.15%) respectively. There were one SM primary resistant strain and one to both INH and SM. 66 were identified as M. Tuberculosis Vaf hominis. 1 case with strain resistant to RFI), 2 eases resitant to both INH and SM showed unfavourable results. The other cases with drugresistant strains had favourable results after treatment.
