摘要
目的:揭示吴茱萸在汤剂中的用药剂量。方法:以吴茱萸为检索词,以汤剂为示范,对民国中医名家运用吴茱萸的经验方进行逐篇检索。采用均数、百分位数和极差等统计方法进行统计处理,并与2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》中法定的吴茱萸剂量作对比分析。结果:吴茱萸的剂量80%分布在0.3～8.0g之间。与《中华人民共和国药典》法定剂量的完全符合率19.44%,不符合率80.56%。结论:吴茱萸在汤剂中的剂量以0.3～8.0g为宜。
Objective：To reveal the dose of on the decoctions.Methods：Regarding Evodia Rutaecarpa as the search term,as well as decoctions for demonstrations,the experienced prescriptions about using of Evodia Rutaecarpa of famous TCM doctors who were in the Republic of China were retrieved piece-by-piece.Statistical methods including the mean number,percentiles and ranges were adopted for statistical treatment,and the results were compared with the statutory dose for Evodia Rutaecarpa of 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results：According to the analysis,doses of Evodia Rutaecarpa were 0.3～8.0g,accounting for 80%.The coincidence rate with the statutory dose of Chinese Pharmacopoeia was 19.44%,on the contrary,no coincidence rate was 80.56%.Conclusion：The appropriate dose range of Evodia Rutaecarpa in the decoctions was 0.3～8.0g.
