通过优化空压机冷却系统和采用人机界面PLC变频调峰联动控制,可使印染行业广泛应用的空压机系统电耗大幅下降。某企业采用该技术年节电量约567.3万kWh,相当于年节省1 986吨标煤。
Energy costs in dyeing and finishing plants can be greatly saved by optimizing the cooling system of the air compressor, and applying linkage control of PLC variable frequency regulation with man-machine interface. About 5.6?3 million kWh and 1986 tons of standard coal can be saved by adopting the above measures.
