摘要
针对煤矿井下粉尘、水汽等的影响 ,指出了现有红外测温仪和气体分析器用于煤矿井下存在的问题和应采取的措施。提出了适合煤矿井下使用的红外测温仪和气体分析器的性能指标。阐述了红外测温仪在矿井探火、探水等方面的应用 ,以及红外气体分析器在测量矿井甲烷气体浓度中的应用 ,展示了红外技术在煤矿中的应用前景。
Based on the analysis of the influence of dust and gas in coal mines,existing problems and the appropriate measures of the available IR temperature monitor and gas analyzer used in coal mines were presented. The performance indexes of infrared temperature monitor and gas analyzer that suited for coal mines were also given. The application of infrared temperature monitor in detecting fire and water, as well as infrared gas analyzer in detectin the methane concentration were discussed. The prospect of the application of infrared technology in coal mines were reviewed.
