摘要
目的:探讨EGFR、VEGF和Ki-67的表达与乳腺癌的关系及判断预后的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析35例经病理确诊为乳腺癌患者的临床资料,测定其癌组织中的EGFR、VEGF、Ki-67表达。结果:EGFR、VEGF和Ki-67与乳腺癌临床分期、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移数目均成正相关(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌组织中,EGFR、VEGF、Ki-67各有不同的表达情况,三者可以作为判断乳腺癌预后并指导治疗的参考指标。
Objective：The relationship of EGFR,VEGF and Ki-67 expressions with breast cancer was discussed, and also their prognostic clinical significances were judged. Method： The clinical data of 35 cases receiving a breast cancer treatment in Gaoyao Peoples Hospital from August 2011 to February 2012 was analyzed retrospectively, and EGFR, VEGF and Ki-67 expressions of in their cancer tissues were tested. Result： The result shows that EGFR, VEGF and Ki-67 had a positive correlation with the clinical stages, tumor size, and lymph node metastasis number of breast cancer （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In breast cancer tissue, there are different expressions in EGFR, VEGF, and Ki-67, which can be used as reference indexes for judging breast cancer prognosis and guiding treatment.
