摘要
心理疏导是大学生思想政治工作的重要方法,注重心理疏导已成为高校思想政治工作发展的必然趋势。为使心理疏导更具科学性、思想性和实效性,在开展心理疏导的过程中,高校应在制度建设、心理健康教育、队伍建设、校园文化建设等方面进一步加强和完善,探索有效的育人机制和方式方法,保证心理疏导有效地融入到思想政治工作体系中,切实增强大学生思想政治工作的实效性。
Psychological guidance is an important method in college students＇ ideological and political work. Paying attention to psychological guidance has become an inevitable trend of development in ideological and political work. In order to make psychological guidance more scientific, ideological, and effective in the process of carrying out psychological guidance, colleges and universities should further strengthen and improve system construction, mental health education, team building, and campus culture construction. Meanwhile, effective education mechanism and ways and means should be explored to ensure the effective integration of psychological guidance to the ideological and political work system, so that the ideological and political work effectiveness for college students＇ can be actually improved.
