摘要
汪朋梅主任医师为国家级名老中医,精研《内经》、《伤寒》之旨,参悟东垣、丹溪、景岳及温病诸家之籍,且与现代医学融会贯通,对许多疑难杂病屡起沉疴。其诊治急性胆道系统感染临证颇有发挥创新、疗效显著。其所创"胆囊炎方",并作为江苏省中医中药治疗急慢性胆囊炎协作组协定处方。本文从病因病机、创新效方、用药特色等方面介绍汪老治疗急性胆道系统感染临证经验特色。尤善用大黄之辈,游刃有余。师古拓今,值得借鉴。
WANG Peng-mei,the chief physician for national old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,has been proficient in Neijing,Shanghanlun as well as the works of Dongyuan,Danxi,Jingyue and physicians who researched epidemic febrile diseases.And with the mastery of modern medicine,many difficult and miscellaneous diseases has been cured repeatedly.The diagnosis and treatment of acute biliary infections plays a role in innovation and the curative effect is distinct.In this paper,from the etiology,pathogenesis,innovation effect and drug characteristics,etc,it is introduced WANG Peng-mei＇s clinical experience about the treatment of acute biliary infection.
