摘要
在MPEG-2系统中为了确保视、音频及系统数据的正确解码时序 ,保持从编码器输入到解码器输出的端到端信号延迟的恒定是一个关键技术 .本文在完全遵循MPGE 2图像编码国际标准的基础上 ,结合具体编解码系统设计的实际情况 ,提出了一套软 /硬件处理相结合的、完整的时延处理方案 .该方案可以解决包括编码、单路节目流复用、系统流复用及解码在内的整个处理过程中的数据延迟问题 .
In a MPEG 2 system.it is a key technique to obtain perfect timing model for decoding Systems、Video and Audio.In this timing model,the end to end delay between the signal input to an encoder and the signal output from a decoder should be a constant .According to the MPEG 2 International Standard,the whole software and hardware solution of the timing model including encoder、multiplexer、remutiplexer and decodr which have constant delay is presented.
