摘要
目的考察光、温度和pH对头孢硫脒稳定性的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法对头孢硫脒在上述因素影响下的含量进行测定,分析影响注射用头孢硫脒溶液稳定性的因素。结果头孢硫脒稳定性不受光照影响,随温度升高含量呈下降趋势,在不同pH溶液中浓度变化较大。结论高温、溶液pH对头孢硫脒稳定性影响较大。
Objective To study the influence of light, temperature and pH on stability of cefathiamidine. Methods High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used to detect the concentration of cefathiamidine under the different experimental factors and to find the influencing factors of the stability of cefathiamidine injection. Results Light did not affect the stability of cefathiamidine. The concentration decreased with the increasing of temperature and changed much in different pH solutions. Conclusion High temperature and pH can affect the stability of cefathiamidine.
