摘要
目的 为了探讨急性脑血管病诊断中脑电地形图的应用价值,与脑CT进行对比研究。方法 对718例急性脑血管病患者进行了脑电地形图与脑CT检查结果对比。结果 脑电地形图和脑CT在急性脑血管病诊断方面各有不同特点。结论 脑电地形图在早期诊断方面优于CT,CT在解剖诊断方面优于脑电地形图,二者结合起来检查,可提高急性脑血管病的临床诊断率。
Objective To explore applied value on CT and Brain Atlas (BA) in diagnosis of acute cerebrovascular diseases and compare the contrast between them. Methods Brain Atlas (BA) and CT were exmined in 718 patients with a-cute cerebrovascular disease and contrasted with each othes. Results BA and CT
have respectively different characteristic in diagnosis of acute cerebrovascular diseases. Conclusion BA surpass CT in early diagnosis,CT surpass BA in anatomic diagnosis. The clinical diagnostic rate may be increased in combined examination of BA and CT.
