摘要
结合国内外生物柴油产业的发展情况和经验,运用态势分析法分析了云南生物柴油产业的相对优势、劣势、机遇与威胁,从技术、政策以及市场三个层面提出了理论指导和发展对策。建议云南省应该加强山区基础设施,扩宽融资渠道,培养本地龙头企业,加强技术攻关政府政策支持,从而加快云南省生物柴油产业的发展。
According to the developmental situation of the bio-diesel industry in home and abroad, this paper analyzes the comparative advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the bio-diesel industry in Yunnan by SWOT analysis method, and presents some new development trend from the view of technology, policy and market model. This paper advocates to improve the foundational establishment in mountainous areas, widen financing channels, rear the champion enterprises, and strengthen policy support of technical study so as to quicken the development ofbio-diesel industry in Yunnan.
