摘要
在西安植物园,对在周至秦岭山区发现的野生紫果型黑蕊猕猴桃进行了种子繁殖、生长观察和果实营养成分测定等研究,结果表明,紫果型黑蕊猕猴桃经播种繁殖后果实依然为紫果,为猕猴桃的特异种类,栽培的紫果型黑蕊猕猴桃适应西安植物园环境,生长良好,可以作为一种藤本观赏植物应用,其紫红果实具有丰富营养成分,VC含量83.05mg/100g,糖酸比为8.7,可作为水果进行进一步研究开发。
The purple fruit type of Actinidia melanandra （Qinlin mountains） was studied through seed propagation, growth observation and nutrient analysis. The result showed that A. melanandra can still maintain the purple flesh after the propagation by seed. The cultivation of A. melanandra is suit- able in Xi＇an area and the plant can grow well, showing its ornamental property. The fruit maintains rich elements of nutrition, with Ve content reaching 83.05 mg/100g and ratio of sugar to acid at 8.7, a potential fruit type for development.
