糖肝康对糖尿病肝损伤大鼠模型的作用机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察糖肝康对糖尿病脂肪肝大鼠肝脏组织NF-κB及CCL4肝损伤大鼠IL-6、TNF-α表达的影响。方法:采用两种造模方法,分别观察糖肝康对糖尿病脂肪肝大鼠肝脏组织NF-κB及CCL4肝损伤大鼠IL-6、TNF-α表达的影响。结果:糖肝康不仅可以有效的改善糖尿病肝损伤大鼠肝脏组织中NF-κB的表达,而且能有效地降低化学性肝损伤大鼠的炎性因子水平。结论:以健脾益气为主、兼以调肝解毒活血为治则组成的糖肝康可有效防治糖尿病脂肪肝,其作用机理是多靶点、多方位的,值得深入研究。 Objective: Rat model were made by two methods, then the effect of Tang-gan-kang on NF-KB levels in the liver of diabetic fatty rat model and IL-6, TNF-alevels in the blood of CCl4-induced liver injury rat model will be observed. Results: Tang- gan-kang can not only improve the expression of NF-KB in diabetic fatty rat model, but also reduce the inflammatory factors in the CC14-induced liver injury rat model. Conclusion : Tang-gan-kang which was based mainly on spleen Qi, activate blood circulation and tone the liver detoxification can prevent diabetic fatty liver and liver injury. The mechanism is a multi-target, multi-faceted, and de- serves further research.
