摘要
在"十二五"开局之年,随着深入贯彻落实科学发展观,围绕一个中心两条线,贯彻兼治、综合治理并举,促进政策环境、服务环境、人文环境不断升级,进一步加大全力打造优质高效宽松和谐的平台,提升高职院校图书馆软环境构架和建设力度,为高职院校图书馆"再创辉煌"提供有力保证。
In the opening year of the 12th Five-year Plan,we should improve comprehensively in policy environment,service environment,human environment to build high quality and efficient,relaxed and harmonious platform,and provide a strong guarantee for the greater gloriesof college library.
