砂岩基质酸化中的化学平衡研究 被引量:10

摘要 纯高岭土和油田实际岩心的流动模拟试验都验证了在相同温度下 ,加入盐酸会加快氟硅酸与铝硅酸盐的二次反应。在砂岩基质酸化过程中 ,H2 SiF6 AlFx(3 -x) + HCl之间存在一种化学平衡 ,该平衡用以控制氢氟酸与铝硅酸盐的一次反应和二次反应的化学计量系数。在土酸酸化反应中 ,盐酸不仅用来溶解碳酸盐矿物 ,而且具有调节氟硅、氟铝配合物平衡的另一作用 ;盐酸的浓度越高 ,F/Al越低 。 It is identified that hydrochloric acid can increase the secondary reaction of H2SiF6 with alumino-silicates by testing Kaolinite powder and oilfield sandstone core displacement test. There is a chemical equilibrium among H 2SiF 6-AlF x (3-x)+ -HCl which can be used to control the stoichiometric of primary and secondary reaction of HF with alumino-silicates during sandstone matrix acidizing. Results have revealed that HCl can not only dissolve carbonate minerals in the reservoir but also control the equilibrium between aluminum and silicon fluoride in mud acid treatments. The higher the concentration of HCl, the lower F/Al ratio, and the less the secondary damage by acidizing.
