摘要
针对旧站油库的油罐腐蚀情况,分析了油罐内腐蚀的机理及影响因素,提出了新的内防护施工工艺。建议:①采用耐腐蚀的涂料作表面涂层保护;②在油罐内防腐施工中采用喷淋除锈和机械喷涂工艺。
The internal corrosion mechanism and several effecting factors are analyzed against examples of oil tank corrosion in old depots, and a newly developed internal anti-corrosion construction technology is suggested. The suggestion includes: 1) use corrosion-resistant coating material as surface protection and 2) use sprinkle rust-removing technique and mechanical spray coating process in internal anti-corrosion construction.
