柴油馏分加氢精制/临氢降凝一段串联工艺的开发 被引量:5

摘要 根据北方寒冷地区市场对柴油牌号需求变化大的特点 ,研究开发了加氢精制 /临氢降凝一段串联工艺 ,用于处理劣质柴油和直馏含蜡馏分油制取优质低凝柴油。该工艺技术具有精制、降凝效果好、原料适应性强、产品方案灵活和工艺流程简单等特点 ,是目前生产优质低凝柴油的有效方法。该技术在哈尔滨炼油厂的工业应用表明 ,处理重油催化裂化柴油及它和直馏常三线混合油 ,在较缓和的操作条件下 ,可生产出 - 35号优质低凝柴油 ,产品投放市场后每吨柴油可增值 340 .2元 ,经济效益和社会效益显著。 In order to meet China's northern district market demand, a single stage hydrofining hydrodewaxing in series process was developed. It has been applied to produce high quality low freezing point diesel fuel from inferior feeds. The process has the advantages of processing various feeds, flexible product plan and simple flow scheme for premium low freezing point diesel fuel production. It has been applied in Haerbin Refinery for processing residue FCC LCO and its mixture with straight run diesel oil. Qualified -35# low freezing point diesel fuel has been produced under mild operating conditions since 1998, and economic and social benefits were obtained.
