摘要
第一套 DCC- 型工业装置于 1 998年 8月在荆门石化总厂建成投产。根据市场需求 ,该装置按多产丙烯和柴油的操作模式进行生产 ,用蜡油掺渣油作原料 ,其 LPG、汽油和柴油产率分别达 2 6.51 %、34.79%和 2 4 .0 0 %。其中丙烯产率为 1 1 .43%,可满足 70 kt/a聚丙烯的原料要求 ,汽油质量超过 90号无铅汽油标准 ,柴油质量优于重油催化裂化柴油。还考察了 DCC- 型工艺在加工原料、操作条件、产品方案和能耗等方面的灵活性。
The first DCC Ⅱ commercial unit at Jingmen Petrochemical Complex was constructed and has been put into production in August 1998. In accordance with the market demand, the unit is operated in production of more propylene and LCO with VGO and residue mixture as feedstock. The LPG, naphtha and LCO yields were 26.51wt%, 34.79wt% and 24.00wt% respectively. The propylene yield was 11.43wt%, which fulfilled the feedstock requirement of the down stream 70 kt/a polypropylene unit. The naphtha quality met the standard of 90# unleaded gasoline. The quality of LCO was better than that of the LCO produced from residue FCC. The flexibility of operation was investigated.
