起搏器更换或升级：经验与指南 被引量：9

Replacement or upgrade of pacemakers： experience and guidelines

摘要 目前，单腔起搏器的担保时间为8年，双腔起搏器为6年。在起搏器电池耗竭或患者病情变化，如心功能恶化时，患者将面临更换或升级起搏器的问题。而更换本身就是起搏器感染的独立危险因素，而且更换或升级术中、术后常遇到各种棘手的问题，对经验不足的医师来说是巨大的挑战。
