起搏器更换或升级:经验与指南

Replacement or upgrade of pacemakers: experience and guidelines
摘要
目前,单腔起搏器的担保时间为8年,双腔起搏器为6年。在起搏器电池耗竭或患者病情变化,如心功能恶化时,患者将面临更换或升级起搏器的问题。而更换本身就是起搏器感染的独立危险因素,而且更换或升级术中、术后常遇到各种棘手的问题,对经验不足的医师来说是巨大的挑战。
