摘要
对石油库工艺管道在油品输转过程中的水击现象及水击危害进行了描述及分析,介绍了直接水击压力和间接水击压力的简易计算方法,提出了控制和消除水击的两种措施,即工艺操作控制水击和专用设备消除水击。
The description and analysis on surge of process pipeline and its hazards in loading,unloading and delivery of product oil in tank farm have been carried out. The method of simplified calculation on direct surge and indirect surge is introduced. In the article,two countermeasures to be taken to control and eliminate such surge,that is,process operation control and specialized equipments,have been set forth.
