摘要
目的观察运用中医活血化浊法为主治疗糖尿病高脂血症疗效。方法对81例患者采用随机分成两组,治疗组45例,并与常规降糖、饮食疗法治疗的对照组36例进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为88.90%,对照组总有效率为58.30%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后FBG、PBG、TC、TG相比,均有明显下降(P<0.05),HDL-C升高(P<0.05)。结论从痰瘀论治,运用活血化浊法治疗糖尿病高脂血症有效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of mainly the TCM blood change chaotic therapy in the treatment of diabetes hyperlipidemia. Methods 81 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 45 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases with regular sugar and diet control therapy in control group were compared. Results The total effective rate was 88.90% for the treatment group and 58.30% for the control group. There was significant different between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Based on the phlegm and blood stasis treatment, using the blood change chaotic therapy in the treatment of diabetes invigorating the turbidity hyperlipidemia is effective.
