大腿爆炸伤的压力波损伤及其脑的生理变化

Cerebral physiological changes following simulated shooting blast on the thigh of rabbits

摘要 用模拟的枪弹伤压力波创伤模型致伤家兔外周肢端。伤后动物出现脑皮层电图波幅降低、脑组织血流量下降以及呼吸暂停变化。实验结果表明,产生在外周端的压力波可对中枢神经系统产生损伤效应。本文初步探讨了压力波对中枢神经系统的损伤机制。 Simulated shooting blast on the thigh of anesthe-tized rabbits was performed.The initial blastenergy was 18kg.m.The cerebrovascular and cere-bral electrical activities of the experimental animalwere studied.After explosion,mean blood pressurereduced rapidly and persisted for 1-2minutes,thenrose to normal values.Electrocorticogram showedthat about 90% of rabbits the amplitude of the EEGwaves reduced 1-2 minutes after injury,then rosegradually to normal levels.Most of animals(90%)had an temporally stop of respiration.The resultssuggest that the explosive wave attacked the peri-pheral parts of body may affect central nervous system.
