摘要
本文通过对我国高考少数民族加分政策现状进行探讨,指出在当前高考分省录取模式下的高考少数民族加分政策,导致了少数民族考生挤占同一省份原本就处于劣势地位的汉族考生的入学机会,造成了一部分弱势群体侵害另一部分可能处于更加弱势地位的群体的利益,与高考公平公正的基本原则相背离。以此为基础,努力寻求一种分省录取模式下的更公平公正的高考少数民族加分政策,使之既能提高少数民族考生高考整体录取率,又能尽量消除该政策对同一省份汉族考生带来的不公平。
