摘要
利用非等温热重分析实验研究了内蒙古和山西的4种煤样的氧化热解过程,计算了煤样的活化能和指前因子等参数。结果表明对于某一具体煤层或采空区,其煤氧化热解反应的活化能和指前因子等动力学参数数值是确定的,并且可通过现场实测或实验方法获得,可以建立一个普适的煤氧化热解反应动力学模型用于煤自燃的数值模拟。
The coal oxidation and pyrolysis process of four coal samples from Inner Mongolia regions and Shanxi have been studied by non -fixed temperature thermogravimetric analysis experiment. The coal samples activation energy and pre - exponential factor have been calculated. The results show that the values of activation energy and pre - ex- ponential factor of coal oxidation and pyrolysis reactions in a certain concrete coal seam or coal gob are determinate and might be measured or calculated by means of site or experiment measurement. And a universal kinetic model of coal oxidation and pyrolysis reaction might be established for the numerical simulation of coal spontaneous combus- tion.
