摘要
目的：对 ８０例糖尿病并周围神经病变（ＤＮ）患者的症状、舌象及脉象进行总结。结果： ＤＮ的临床特点概括为①ＤＮ出现临床症状时，多数ＤＭ病史已超过３年以上；②ＤＮ的症状以肢体麻木及怕冷为主，其次是肢端疼痛及皮肤感觉异常。另外，除以上症状外，全部患者均有不同程度的疲乏无力感；③ＤＮ患者的舌质以淡、暗为主，舌苔以腻苔和少苔为主，脉象以细为主；辨证多为气阴两虚和阴阳两座为本，兼挟痰瘀为标。
The study investigates the symptom, tonyue demonstration, pluse condition of eighty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DN ). Conclusion: ①The patients more than three years duration of illness have had the clinic symptom of DN. ②Most patients of DN have acroparalysis and coldness of extremities. Some have arthralgia of limbs and abnormal sensation of skin. All of the patients have fatigue symptom of different degree. ③The patients of DN have longue, greasy fur or small fur, and small pulse. Principal symptoms is deficiency of Qi and Yin, Yin and Yang. Suborclinate symptoms is complexed sputum and blood stasis.
