利用农村医保信息管理系统,可提高新农合的管理水平,促进新农合制度的持续健康发展,确保农民参合信息的准确性、及时性和安全性。阐述了建设农村医保信息管理系统的重要性和紧迫性,介绍了建设农村医保信息管理系统的总体目标和要求,研究了农村医保信息管理系统的业务流程、构成与功能。
The application of rural health insurance information management system can improve the management level of new rural cooperatives medical service, promote the sustainable and healthy development of new rural cooperative medical system, and guarantee the accuracy, timeliness and safety of the information of CMS （cooperative medical system） members. This paper expounds the importance and urgency of constructing rural health insurance information management system, introduces the overall goal of and requirements for the construction of rural health insurance information management system, and studies the operation flow, components and functions of rural health insurance information management system.
